Scarville, Iowa’s 4th of July includes firemen’s lunch from Scarville Fire Department, breakfast through Scarville Lutheran School, ice cream and bars provided by Scarville Booster Club, pedal pull, water ball with local fire departments, an egg toss, live music by Somethin’ Country, a traditional Independence Day parade down Main Avenue, and a beautiful fireworks display on the evening of the 4th!

Head to the at Scarville Lutheran School for their annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser. Come and enjoy Pancakes, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, orange juice and coffee.

Kick off the Fourth of July festivities with a Bloody Mary Bar at the Scarville Bar starting at 9:30am!
It's the perfect pre-parade spot to customize your drink with an array of toppings and seasonings. Enjoy a spirited morning filled with laughter, community, and the perfect Bloody Mary in hand. -
Bikes are taking over the streets of Scarville as we bring back the bike rally. Kids are encourage to decorate their bikes in festive red, white + blue.
Gather on the North end of Main Street at 9:45 am on the morning of the 4th.Once we get all the bikes organized, they will parade down Main Street at 10 am showing off all their festive decorations.

The Scarville, Iowa parade, featuring the Lake Mills high school marching band, floats, cool cars, special causes and much more.
When you think the last of the parade has come through, just hold on to your hat because this parade comes through twice so don't go anywhere and you'll get twice the candy!
Parade participants should line up on the North end of Main Street at 10:00am.
Due to the larger than normal crowds in honor of the 125th celebration, please register if you plan on participating in the parade. -
Somethin’ Country will be singing all the Independence Day hits immediately follow the end of the parade
Bring your friends…and we’ll bring the music!

Immediately following the parade, get in line at Scarville Fire Hall for their annual Burger Feed Fundraiser.
Come and enjoy burgers, potato salad, baked beans, chips, iced tea and lemonade.

Tractor Pedal Pulling is a fun and exciting event for kids ages 4-11 years old.
The top 3 children in each age group will receive a trophy, and all children will receive a participation ribbon.

Starting at noon, Scarville Bar will be serving pizza for $5.00 for 1/4 large pizza 🍕 starting at noon.

Find a parter and gather along Main Street. This is a family friendly event and it’s as messy as it sounds. But double the fun!

Cool off with free ice cream and homemade bars at 2:00 pm in the Shelter House.

At 2:30 pm on the Fourth of July, witness the thrilling Water Ball Competition in Scarville, Iowa, hosted by the local Scarville Fire Department.
Fire departments clash in a display of skill and teamwork, battling with powerful hoses to push a ball to the opposing team's side.
It's a must-see spectacle!

Starting around 3pm this Fourth of July, the Scarville Bar comes alive with music from DJ of B&B Sound and Lights.
Spend the afternoon soaking in tunes and the vibrant atmosphere, a perfect blend of celebration and community.
It's the ultimate soundtrack for Independence Day in Scarville, Iowa.
